Welcome to Ansh IT Solution. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to all services related to:

  • TallyPrime License Sales

  • Tally AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)

  • Tally Customization

  • Tally on Cloud Services

  • Technical Support Services


1. Service Agreement

By engaging Ansh IT Solution, the client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate business information

  • Provide required system access for installation/support

  • Make timely payments for services

Services will be delivered as per the agreed quotation or invoice.


2. Tally License Policy

  • Tally licenses are issued as per official pricing and policies.

  • License activation is subject to successful payment.

  • License once activated is non-refundable (as per software policy).

  • Any upgrade charges must be paid by the client.


3. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)

  • AMC includes support, basic troubleshooting, and guidance.

  • AMC does not include major customization unless separately agreed.

  • AMC validity is 12 months from payment date.

  • Support is provided during business hours only.

AMC renewal must be completed before expiry for uninterrupted support.


4. Tally Customization

  • Customization requirements must be clearly shared in writing.

  • Development time depends on complexity.

  • 50% advance payment is required before starting customization work.

  • Once delivered and approved, customization charges are non-refundable.


5. Tally on Cloud

  • Cloud services depend on third-party hosting providers.

  • Internet connectivity is client’s responsibility.

  • Ansh IT Solution is not responsible for downtime caused by server providers or internet issues.

  • Monthly/Yearly cloud fees must be paid in advance.


6. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made as per invoice.

  • Delayed payments may result in service suspension.

  • Taxes (GST) will be charged as applicable.


7. Data Responsibility

  • Clients are responsible for maintaining regular data backups.

  • We are not responsible for data loss due to hardware failure, viruses, or system crashes.

  • Data shared for support purposes will remain confidential.


8. Limitation of Liability

Ansh IT Solution shall not be liable for:

  • Business loss

  • Profit loss

  • Indirect damages

  • Software misuse by client

Our maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid.


9. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • Payment is not made

  • Client misuses software

  • Client violates terms


10. Changes to Terms

Ansh IT Solution may update these Terms & Conditions anytime. Updated terms will be posted on the website.


11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of [Your City Name].
